Meredith Buntin is a Texas attorney who helps individuals, families, and entrepreneurs plan wisely for the future. Her practice focuses on small business formation and estate planning, with an emphasis on clear guidance, practical solutions, and confidence at every stage of the process.
Meredith earned her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law, where she built a strong foundation in legal research, writing, and advocacy. Her academic background also reflects a broader interest in public policy, history, and international affairs—disciplines that continue to shape the thoughtful, analytical approach she brings to her work.
Before and during law school, Meredith gained early experience in public service and mission-driven legal environments. In San Antonio, she served in roles connected to legal and administrative work, establishing a professional foundation grounded in discipline, detail, and service. While attending law school, she worked with the United States Air Force General Counsel’s San Antonio office, supporting legal matters involving government operations and administrative processes. Following graduation and admission to the Texas Bar in 2015, she continued in that setting as an attorney supporting matters involving installations, environmental and energy issues, and base realignment work.
That experience gave Meredith a deep background in complex legal analysis, regulatory interpretation, and problem-solving within highly structured systems. She later expanded that experience through federal legal service as an Attorney-Advisor with the Board of Veterans’ Appeals, where careful review of facts, precise legal writing, and sound judgment were essential to the work. Across these roles, she developed the steady, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach that now defines her practice.
Today, Meredith applies that background to help clients establish strong legal foundations for both their businesses and their families. In her small business formation practice, she advises entrepreneurs on entity selection, formation strategy, organizational documents, and the legal structure needed to support long-term growth. In her estate planning practice, she works with clients to create thoughtful plans that protect assets, provide for loved ones, and preserve a lasting legacy.
